Call (831) 539-2803. If we are on a pour, leave a message and you will get a call back the same day, usually within the hour once the crew is off the slab.
When you ring, it helps to have three things: roughly where the work is, roughly how big the area is, and what is there now, whether that is bare dirt, an old slab, or something already cracked. Photos help more than descriptions do. If you can, take one from far enough back that I can see where the water goes when it rains.
What happens next is I come out, usually within a few days. I measure, look at what is under the existing surface, check the fall and the access for a truck, and then put the numbers in writing, with the base work itemised separately from the pour so you can see what you are paying for and compare it honestly against anything else you have been quoted.
The visit costs nothing and it commits you to nothing. I will also tell you when the answer is to do less than you were planning.

Weekday mornings are usually the fastest to get a slot; the calendar fills up ahead of the dry stretches, so if you are planning summer work, ringing in spring is the difference between June and September.
